*Placing an Order*

Please carefully check your mailing address and contact details prior to submitting your order. Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email. 

If you notice anything within the order is incorrect please promptly contact me within 24 hours of the receipt of your order via email at devoted2creation@gmail.com

*Shipping*

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include tracking number and expected date of arrival. Please be sure to check your "Junk" and "Spam" folders for receipt of your order confirmation.

*Processing Time*

Standard processing time for orders is 15 business days, excluding holidays.  Shipping times may be delayed due to Covid 19 and inclement weather. 

Please order in sufficient time in order to allow for the creation of your specialty products and ample time for shipping.
